With experience in implementing and training large organizations, she ensures effective utilization of new infrastructures. Tracy takes direct responsibility for operations, including client onboarding, technology interfaces, reporting data elements, productivity statistics, and client communication. Her office efficiency enables rapid onboarding and revenue mitigation. Tracy customizes methodologies based on client communication needs, upholding HIPAA compliance and managing accounts receivables effectively. Since 2015, she has played a significant role in the growth and development of our organization.

He has expanded the business lines and enhanced the service catalog, focusing on billing, collections, and complementary offerings. With a background in software development, James leverages certified interfaces and information services to automate workflows.
