Prescient Practice Management (PPM) is a growing, stable organization that produces dynamic and confident medical billing investigators and accounts receivable experts.  We are located in Oakbrook Terrace, IL and are looking for talented, hardworking candidates that are dependable and can work independently AND within a team environment.

 

Experience and/or medical terminology is NOT required, as many of our current teammates came from various backgrounds (ie. Flower Store, Salon Receptionist, Auto Parts Store, Retail).  Our current team, however, is now quite capable and confident in their responsibilities and in meeting deadlines. 

 

You will be trained, at your pace, and will be introduced to many applications, portals, medical jargon, and other organizational resources you will leverage to accomplish your responsibilities.  You will be asked to help others, as you can ask for help from others.  We are proud of our open communication layout and encourage questions. 

 

We do require you be in the office, so reliable transportation is required, and although we do not typically host client meetings, we do request casual attire be tasteful.

 

We offer competitive rates, Medical Benefits and 401k (plus an additional 3% of all wages are paid by us to your 401k plan).  You accrue PTO, and you will be fully trained.  In addition, we pay bonuses and take “field trips” occasionally to help build our teams.
